3.1 1800A/1800B creams recommended amount of diffusion agent (weight ratio):

3.2 A prior to use material preheated to 60 ℃, and then, to join B material, mixing evenly.
3.3 (3 toor/40 ℃) under the conditions about the (A + B) mixture of vacuum deaeration, see the surface decreased by 10 to 15 minutes to stop off foam.
3.4 The device is encapsulated in (70 ~ 90 ℃) temperatures in the pre-baking 1 hour, remove the device within the adsorption of water (in terms of light).
3.5 Potting the best conditions in the vacuum epoxy potting.
