I. Features:
Silver conductive adhesive for the heat curing one-component epoxy adhesive. A paste, semi-flowing, such as different viscosity, can meet a variety of process operation requirements. After curing the adhesive with high electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, high bond strength, internal stress, and low ion content.

1. silver plastic relaxation:
(1) from the refrigerator or freezer, remove, place thawed at room temperature (about 25 ℃), suggested placed in the warmed oven moisture activated, to prevent the silver plastic moisture.
(2) back to the length of time and storage temperature of frozen temperature and packaging size of the proposed packing - back to the soaking time

* For long-term storage in sub-zero time, please do not regularly shake syringes.
* bottles warmed, please cap upward, to avoid overflow of silver plastic.
* syringe packaging, plastic is no longer required to ensure the silver surface of the cold and the packaging is not allowed to use when water vapor condenses.
* not completely thawed before (not the surface is liquid or frost), do not use.
(3) If the thawing process when the right was still found to have abnormal, please contact your Company or technician assistance.
(4) back to the temperature recommended after the first run out of plastic, or the first time back to temperature, that is loaded by way of sub-unused plastic quick frozen, to delay hardening.
