Overall responsibility for LED lighting technology, optics research and development, program development, import of LED lamps optical design and the creation of IES document; 2. Responsible for the optical simulation of LED lighting, LED lighting products, optical performance testing, record, complete the preparation of related reports; 3. Finished products according to product demand optics design, thermal and structural design with improved LED lighting product design and product export; 4. Responsible for the optical design of various types of lighting standard information collection, collation and classification, manufacturing centers and marketing departments to provide timely technical support; 5 accurate, timely completion of other higher-level account of the various tasks. Requirements: 1. 2 years or more LEDs and LED lighting optical design experience; 2 LED components and fixtures used to understand the working principle, master the basic theory of optics; 3. Familiar with simulation and design of optical illumination operations, familiar with Zemax, Calelux, Tracopro, AUTOCAD and other optical simulation software for one or two optical design, able to complete the optical lens, reflector, reflector, light guide plate structure and related optical components design and verification testing, able to produce lighting effects map; 4. Able to analyze the performance of the optical light measurements, and provide analysis reports, to solve optical problems; 5. Hands-on ability, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, good teamwork and communication skills and strong ability to learn; 6. Familiar with the lighting industry standards and test methods, understand the relevant properties of optical materials and processing technology.
