| Responsibilities: 1, is responsible for the arrangements and production deployment of personnel management; 2, responsible for training new employees and on-site job guidance; 3, responsible for plant 7S carry out the work and the production site to maintain discipline and execution; 4, responsible for plant production materials management, to ensure that such accounts and in-kind match; 5, responsible for production efficiency and quality control; 6, responsible for the abnormal control of production line work; 7, superiors assigned other job-related matters. Requirements: 1, male or female, 20 to 35 years old, high school or secondary education; 2, LED 2 years working experience in the industry; 3, with a strong compression and communication skills and good teamwork and dedication; 4, the relevant LED / SMD machine familiarity is preferred (ASM892, AD8930, EAGLE60, IHAWK). | |||
