| Requirements
1, civil engineering, construction management and other related professional degree or above, holding a construction engineer certificate (reference);
2, with a real estate development for more than five years professional work experience, with 3 years experience in large-scale real estate project management;
3, familiar with the process of building the entire project engineering, understanding of national engineering and construction law, real estate projects are familiar with the operation of the various stages of the process; familiar with building professionals, real estate-related laws, regulations and knowledge;
4, with project management knowledge, the same position for more than eight years of management experience with strong knowledge of map skills, organization and coordination and communication skills and good team spirit;
5, familiarity with office software and graphics software with the ability to independently complete the project implementation, excellent leadership and implementation capacity;
